DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR BIG ENGINE REPAIRS!! I took my car to Blues and had Jason work on it. My cars timing chain broke, I got the first estimate, and when he was repairing it he said the head warped and I got the 2nd estimate! Fine! Understanding that this thing happens the warranty company paid for the repairs that would take 3-4 days. When I got my car back 2 weeks later the engine light went off again! I take it back, Jason said it's the knock sensor and replaced it free of charge, I was grateful. I had my car back 17 hrs before the engine locked up on the interstate less than 60 miles after repairs had been done! I have it towed back to Blues Automotive. I'm mad now! Because it's been 3 weeks for a repair that took 3-4 days once approved by the warranty company, granted they took 2 days to approve. But none the less Jason gives me another estimate of +$700. For an alternator and serpentine belt! I knew it wasn't the alternator and we got into a disagreement and I couldn't get any answers back. So I had to have other ppl call to check on my car! I paid him $40 to mis diagnosis my car, and picked it up at the end of the week on a trailer. After +$2000.00 worth of work and 4 weeks without any offer transportation. I fixed the car and had it running in a day. The serpentine belt came off the alternator and locked up the engine! Repairs cost me $180.00 not the $700 Jason wanted! Oh and I got an incredibly rude voicemail left from Jason. Not professional, not good work, not good with time management, and not good on big repairs and def not appreciate if the +$2000.00 worth of business that I gave him for his services. Here it is 5 months later and I take my car in because it's overheating again to a different mechanic I've worked with when I lived about an HR and a half away. They came back and said the head and gasket needed replacement and now after further investigation I need a whole new engine block. My new estimate is +$9100.00! Thankfully I have a warranty that will cover this but this should have never happened and wouldn't have happened if I had used a more capable and competent mechanic. I chose Blues because I saw the rating on here. I hope other people don't make the same mistake that I did! I seriously hope my warranty company tries to get a reimbursement from him. I sure would like the $140 I paid for a misdiagnosis and deductible I was charged, but since he did the knock sensor free I'll leave it be, but I wonder if it really was the knock sensor even. Please avoid going here for anything more than an oil change or tire job!

My husband locked his extra set of keys in his semi at the house. The truck was running. We called several places who wanted way too much money after we made several attempts to get it open ourselves. We called Blue's Automotive and they came right out and had the semi unlocked in just a few minutes. Very reasonable in prices and awesome service. We will definitely use him again.
