Tom and Chris were both excellent! Tom at the Frankfort location customer service counter. He provided a detailed overview of the products and make excellent recommendations that we purchased for our new Townhome. Three key less locks.Chris, came out today to install our three key less locks. Chris was excellent in the install, made sure all locks worked smoothly etc. He also did an excellent job explaining how to use them.If you are looking for new locks for your home, Goldy Locks is the place to go. Very professional and competent staff and great product selection to choose from.

Needed a locksmith and Goldy Locks was there quickly. Chris was extremely professional and got my car door open very fast. I would definitely use them again--although I'm really hoping I don't have to! Price was very steep for a 6-minute job. But--I had no choice. Still--I would use them again if I needed them.

We had a new front door installed a few years back. This door has a three-point locking system which can be a pain to deal with. Over the past year we started to have difficulty locking the door. I tried to see if I can fix the problem myself but once I saw how complex the door was I realized I was out of my league.I decided to call Goldy Locks to see if they could help. They dispatched Chris to head out to the house within a day or so. From the moment Chris got to the house he assured me that he was going to take every step necessary to fix the problem. A half hour into working on the door all the problems were solved and the door functioned like it was brand new. Chris was awesome! He explained in detail what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. Nothing extra, nothing shady, just good honest work. You cant ask for anything more. Along with great work, Chris took every precaution to comply with Covid guidelines. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Thanks for having Chris come out to help us out. Much appreciated. Definitely recommend Goldy Locks!!!

Due to demonstrations across the country and here at home, I needed help to change the time programming on our automated doors. GoldyLocks installed system 9 months ago. So i called them and Scott called me back and walked me through changing the programming on timer. Scott was very knowledgeable and we breezed through it in no time flat. I recently used Tom Murphy and Chris Volante of Goldy Locks, Inc.Do some work for me at a house I own in Tinley Park, IL I think that you should use them as well and here is why: I needed to have WiFi locks put in with Medco keys..this is not an easy task as I have done this before as well as having WiFi locks installed which can be notoriously difficult. I have not even told you the hardest part yet,I live in Europe and everything was done over the phone and email, which could have compounded the issue as well. Obviously they have exceptionally good communication skills and are very professional. The reason I originally choose Goldy Locks , Inc was based on the reviews that I had read. As you can see the reviews are VERY ACCURATE as I am now adding my own 5 STAR review UNSOLICITED. I know in the future Goldy Locks will be handling all of my security needs as they arise.Thank you ,Tom Murphy and Chris Volante if only everyone I dealt with was as competent and professional as you two are my life would be stress free.Best,Greg Rellis
