Prompt and excellent service, they were the only locksmith that responded on Thursday at 8:30. I of course was embarrassed to have locked myself out of my house, and Mitchell was very patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I would give this guys zero stars if I could. Got a key for my truck about a month ago, then after that the key stopped working (the security lights came on) which means that the chip inside the key doesn't work anymore. I gave them a call and told me to send them a picture of my receipt which I did, when I call back to know if they got my email, they keep hanging on me. now I'm stuck in the street all because these guys make defective keys and don't want to fix them.
