Got locked out of my shed on april 9th, the locksmith was on time and gave me updates on arrival and was appreciated. Guy checks it, comes back and tells me the lock needs to be replaced. The cost was more than half to get the whole door replaced so I asked if there was a cheaper option that would work for a at least three months. He then told me the locks still gonna have to be replaced but he could replace the cylinder and it should work for a month. I reiterate three times, is this going to work for at least three months. Guy says yes, but you still gotta get the lock replaced. He shows me how to open the door and gives me a new key. April 13th door doesnt work. I find the receipt and call them explaining the issue. They tell me theyll come out to open it but i wait for theyre call. I get a call a back and was told they could do it that day. I told them , I would call them back later as i didnt have the time.May 9I call with plans to get the door open and fixed. said it would be 130. Im trying to communicate with the locksmith that I payed to for the cylinder to work for at least 3 months. Thats why I wanted it done on the premise that it would be usable till i get the door replaced. He tells me his supervisor will call meOn the phone with the guy. Im explaining I have a issue paying the 130 if i payed for the cylinder to be replaced and it didnt work for a month. The guy says that the cylinder was already replaced, and i get that. The problem Again, is that i got this done so that it would be convenient for me to replace the door and this guy just hears it but pretty much tells me thats the option. At first i was happy with the service and now am definitely disappointed.

They find it funny that you are locked out, he literally said hed cut me a deal and gave me a higher price than discussed on the phone. He said he would charge me cheaper if it was easy. Took him 15 seconds and he upped the price and laughed a bit.... then continued laugh and to say. Well you needed it and its done, I could have charged you more
