M&M used to be a great honest and hard working locksmith. I do not know what has happened to them, but they are far from the great business they used to be.We had recently been in contact with them looking for access control install in our office building. Initially they said it would not be a problem to have it installed. After 2 months of calling them back, since they were not returning calls, they finally said to go find someone else they will not be doing the job.I am very disappointed to see what used to be a such a great company turn down a route like this, but i can longer endorse them as a great company. As they recommended, I will recommend too, go find someone else.

These folks are fantastic, professional, courteous and extremely very promt.Professional I dealt with first name was Harry.We lost our safe key and the manufacturer stated they don't make key for this safe any longer.Our safe had a electronic keypad & a key lockI was able to remove the cylinder and and Harry work his magic.Harry (M&M ) save us from buying a new safe!I would recommended these professional Very highly!USMC 50
