I asked this company to come to a remote location out in the country, accessed by gravel and dirt roads. The owner called me to ask if his tech would be able to get to the lock with a wheelchair. The building is in a fenced, heavily graveled compound, and there was 2 or 3 inches of snow on the ground. I said, 'I don't think so.' Two techs came, one was the one in the wheelchair, yes, he forced his way to the site door, and completed the work. This was NOT a routine locksmith task, either. This was a high security lock set that posed a number of problems. I was very impressed.

They only have 1 person who shows and he has no business skills. Also they need to learn to communicate bc my mom and I got a call at 9am saying he will be out soon and around 2p we got a call saying he will be there around 3p. Seriously learn how to do your job.

My girlfriend locked her keys and our two year old son in the van today. I called Security Lock Shop and in maybe 12 minutes the locksmith was there and the van was open. On top of that, the service was free because a child was in the car! This is true service to the community. Andrew has also helped me with many other jobs. Hes very skilled and knowledgeable with his service.
