First I called they said $100, depending what the service, the guy they sent to open the door knob just to screw the hole to open. Charged me $175. I was shocked because that’s all he did, no other services at all no change of door knob. I told him he said complain to the company. So I called he said $125.. I told him and he said he will call the me back after he talked to that technician but he never did. I called to many times. No answer. Finally I got hold on to a lady she said they will refunded me $45.. but I have to wait for the supervisor. But I don’t get call at all. I am so disappointed. I saw the reviews 5 stars. That’s why I chose them. But it’s not true at all. They over charged me and I guessed that guy take advantage of me because I am woman and Asian. I need my refund!!
