Many towing companies advertise 24/7. But they really are not. These guys answered the phone on a Sunday morning and willing to come get me right away. When you break down on the side of the road in winter you need help right away. No other 24/7 !!!!!! Towing co. Even answered there phone's.. 5 stars for Best Way Towing

Best-way Towing is top notch. Fast and friendly from dispatch to the tow truck operators. Excellent equipment and very fast response times. They know what part of the car to hook and what not to. Only number I call or recommend.After 18 years in auto repair it's easy to know who are the best. BESTWAY TOWING hands down.

For a business that pretty much exclusively deals with people who are having bad days, there was a pretty cold, not very empathetic response over the phone from their reception lady on call. Their rates seem totally average, and I'm sure they do a fine job, but there are other slightly cheaper, much friendlier tow companies in McHenry.

Arrived early even in the snow. Every tow place has tow trucks but it the driver that makes the difference. He called with an eta then showed up earlier. About 35 minutes before the estimate given by Ford roadside assistance. He (wish I had a better memory for names) had a great attitude and made the best of my annoying situation. Will definitely recommend.
