These guys are awesome. They saved me between $150-500 maybe more by simply being honest and spending time evaluating my antique Mortise front door lock. They determined the issue and suggested some possible solutions. I took the lock home reinstalled it and made a minor adjustment ie didn't tighten a couple screws so tight and my lock works great. I will go on... I called them and they let me come in before the store even opened and spent probably 25 minutes with me gave me a free spare part and sent me on my way. It is great to know that a reliable old school business like this still exists.

Nice to know places like this still exist. Special keys for special locks are found without any problem. The staff very professional n honest they told us to fashion a key would cost more than the lock was worth. For among that prices are great!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional crew. Long story short: I went in there looking for a locking mechanism for a desk drawer unit at my work because I had no key for it. These guys were able to figure out how to make a new key based on a code stamped on the locking mechanism. It blew my mind, I had no idea that was an option. After a few minutes I was out the door with a new key.

Went there a while ago based on the reviews seen here. Walked in politely and asked a simple question. Lady that was there with another gentleman both seemed bothered and said had no idea what I was talking about and continued their conversation... I pretty much didn't exist... Oh well took my business elsewhere.

I have been going to PHS since I moved into Forest Park 13 years ago. I would not go anywhere else. They are reliable, knowledgable, and professional. They can answer any question you throw out them and help you with any lock/door/knob/safe/etc issue I have had. Their products are top notch. 5 starts all the way around!!!
