So my absent minded self locked my keys in my Jeep. As Im panic looking at my keys mocking me from the drivers seat where I had forgot them I googled car locksmiths and picked top rated and gave them a call. The gentleman was here in less then 30 min and got in my Jeep in less then 5 minutes. The price was way less then I had anticipated and the gentleman was nice and professional. If I ever have this unfortunate event happen again Ill be sure to give them another call.

SUPER fast and very friendly service. Call these guys first. They're open 24 hours. I locked my keys in the car and had to do and after hours service call. The guy that answered was very nice and friendly. Prices are very competitive. They showed up in less than 15 minutes with an in-town call. The nice gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. He made sure we were all set before he left. Highly highly highly recommend these guys!

Great service!! Service was prompt, polite, professional and quick. We have a very old house and our lock is an antique, they had everything in their work van to repair it with ease. Our locksmith was very understanding and patient with our puppy as she barked at him the entire time. I will continue to use them and tell everyone I know they are the company to use!!! Daves Locksmith was very professional, prompt and courteous. Our locksmith took time to get to know our dog through this visit (shes a barker), he was very thorough and thoughtful of our schedule. My husband and I had heard rave reviews about this company because of their experience and longevity in the business. You have a hard fix, they are the ones to call as our lock data back to the early 1900s. We wont be calling anyone else to work on our locks and will be screaming recommendations for them from the roof tops!!! Thanks so much Dave and crew, you made our family VERY happy!!!!

Called on a Monday during business hours, no answer, no return call. Tried again Wednesday, same result. Tried over the weekend out of desperation, but nothing. Finally, at like 8:30pm the next Tuesday, a guy calls back. I told him I was afraid something was wrong or he went out of business, he said no and we set up an appointment for the next day. The next day, he doesnt show up!! Didnt bother calling us either... just left my wife waiting at home all day. I called him that night to ask about it, left a message, no return call. This business was an absolute joke when I tried to deal with them in Aug/Sept 2018!! I called A1 and they took care of me right away!

Called them on a Friday early morning was told that the person who installs locks was out of town till Monday. That is not good for business.. That 24hour is a lie. Springfield needs to do better.
