I just Moved to a new place and went to the local hardware store several times to get keys made but they couldnt make the keys. I found Goldy Locks online went over to the Tinley Park store and received fast and courteous service. They are well equipped to handle any locksmith needs anyone might have. CHECK THEM OUT.

Chris installed Schlage door handle and deadbolt locks at our house, front and back doors. He was amazingly fast at the process, and took time to explain how the new locks would help prevent us from locking ourselves out. He also confirmed that the new locks could be transferred to a new door (which we are planning to do). Chris was both friendly and informative. I was also pleased with how fast that GoldiLocks could schedule the appointment -- only two days after I visited the shop.

Went over what needed to be done in our building with the estimator. Charged 1400.00 for repairs. missed three out of 14 doors and when I called THREE times they never returned my calls. They said they would hammer in the pins that were up and didn't. So I had to go over all of the doors to complete the job. The nice thing was the repairman showed me the tool he used. Bought the 'Hinge Doctor'. works really well!

Awesome lock and key company. I have had several keys made for my home and business. The quality of the keys are superior to your Home Depot's or Lowes and I have never had to come back and have a key redone which is a normality for me when I have keys made at Home Depot's. Plus, the staff at Goldy Locks are pleasant and funny, but most of all, good at what they do.

I called this company to have a smart lockset installed and change out another lock on a door. The person on the phone hung up on me after I told him what I need done. I immediately called back. I listened to the phone ring for about 4 or five minutes. No answer. I called again still no answer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service I received from Mike and Alex was AWESOME. At first when Alex looked for the key there wasn't an exact match but he stated he had experience with this before and used a different key and it worked.Well guess what? The key they made worked! They were so nice and said they would not charge me just in case it didn't work. Who does business the old fashion way anymore. Goldy Locks does. I definitely will be back. I recommend them 200%!!!!

We looked at 4-5 different companies for replacement doors for our church. Goldy Locks, far and away, made the most impressive presentation. The best part, however has been the installation team of Jose, Corey and Dave who were on time, professional, and displayed a sense of excellence in their work by their focus on getting the doors installed correctly. Their friendliness and pride in working for Goldy Locks, Inc. was also very much in evidence. Only hiccup was a mail slot that has to be installed but the doors look great (Thanks to Paul at the shop!) and just in time for Easter Sunday! Will recommend this company to anyone in the market for any type of door! Corey came out on this past Monday and installed the mail slot. Looks great, works well and Corey still exhibited that great customer service!
