This is a bit overdue but Jeff was amazing. I came in to get a duplicate car key with and without a key fob and Jeff completed them quickly and very professionally, letting me know what he was doing throughout the whole process. He even gave me a discount and I couldnt help but buy some replacement house keys I knew Id be needing in the future. Go here the next time you have any sort of key or lock issue; hell take care of you. Even though it is a business, Quick Key is focused on solving peoples lock and key problems rather than making a quick buck.

First off - they were so quick to get to my place. It was hot. I was frazzled. My dog thought I had abandoned him. Josh came and got my door open immediately. It was quick, professional, and a good price. I highly recommend them!

Some days ago, I went to their shop to make a copy of a Lexus Rx 2005 key. Their service was awesome, they were able to cut and program a Lexus key and make the remote works even through the grey key, without having the master key. Terrible customer service. I couldn't open one of side doors on my truck so i called these guys to come and take a look.After coming on site with regular car (no tools or anything like that) Steven couldn't fix it (only normal guy in the whole story) i was sent to their location 10 miles away and there I've been told that they can't come across the street to look it (i parked at Target cause truck is to big for their parking lot). There was something wrong about this guy who works there-Jeff , he was acting weird and totally PO cause i came in and didn't want to go across the street. I tried to get manager Eli's phone number but nobody was willing to give it to me. So after 3 hours lock is still broken and I'm looking for some other company to fix it . Thanks guys, great experience. And Eli please look at cameras to see how your employees treat customers ( Tue 08/06 time around 2:30-3pm Wheaton location) And plus girl who answers the phone did hang up on me when i called to complain.
