needed a tow from one repair shop back to another shop (about 15-20 minute drive) - Midnight Blue was the least expensive and was able to accommodate my schedule. Their driver was prompt, professional, and handled my car well. Again, price was FAR cheaper than other local tow companies (one was RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the shop my car was at...)

Almost embarrassed to post this but I am a frequent customer. I have used them three separate times for various reason, most recently I got my truck stuck in the mud. They have always been quick and professional. I would recommend them. Also did not gouge me and on two occasions I feel that they could have.

They towed my car while working under the table with the lake county sheriff back in the 2017 investigation. Got my car back and the under tray on my car was torn apart and bumper was popping out including scratches. Find a better place to get a tow.

This company was great to deal with. Had a vehicle break down up near Hammond, but needed it towed down to Indianapolis 2.5hrs away. Long story short, after first calling 7 other places in the area and getting ASTRONOMICAL, take-a-hike quotes, these guys came in and saved the day. Thanks again for being reasonable and honest.

Quoted at 150 for 2.7 miles of travel and roughly 3.1 miles from their yard. Wasn't too bad honestly but I asked why a little high and got quite the attitude. I'm allowed to question your prices, welcome to owning a business.6 years auto salvage experience.

Okay these guys are five stars all day driver was super courteous, was early. They were a better price than three other companies I called locally. I save them in my phone book and I will recommend them to anyone.I also spoke to several other companies that wouldn't even take my information or just booked the job for the next day. It seems like they didn't even care to get the business they told me call back tomorrow we'll figure it out then. You guys were right on top of it, took care of me immediately. The driver was really cautious with my work truck to make sure it didn't get damaged when loading it and also said he would make sure that the vehicle is locked when I was dropped off at the shop overall it was a very good experience.

My car was in a unauthorized parking zone and I couldn't move it because I needed the tools to put my new alternator in, so they had to tow it when I wasn't there but when I got to there lot, they let me borrow the tools I needed and even sent somebody to help me. No I didn't like the fact they took my car but they where just doing they're job. I really appreciate them helping me like that, they could've been real dick heads, not have helped me and my car would've been they're longer and I would've had to pay more to get it out.

Just a word to the wise if you need to get your car towed DO NOT use midnight blue Towing. They towed my car and broke my axle and when I called them about it they kept saying they will come and take a look at it they never came to look at it and just kept putting me off needless to say 4 days later I took it to my mechanics and the axle is in fact broken.Seriously the worst company out there! They damage your car and deny it!!!

If you want your vehicle damaged more after its towed then it was before the tow, this is the company to use. Worst tow outfit out there, call someone else. I should have read the reviews.I will not make that mistake again.

Stuck in the snow 3ft off the road. I called this tow company and.was quoted $30 to $35 to pull the car back three feet. The truck came and pulled me out. The driver came to collect and I handed him $40 and to keep THE DIFFERENCE . He said '$40 NO WAY its $75. I told him the person I spoke to on the phone told me $30-$35. The driver said no way you don't get someone out of bed and hand them $40. I explained that the person I spoke to told me clearly it was $30-$35. I asked him who was the person I spoke to and he told me it was the owner. He went back to the truck to call the owner then returned to say I must have misunderstood, it's $75. .I DID NOT misunderstand I repeated the quote back to the owner twice. I then told the driver that's all the money I had and he said then I'll put you right back in the ditch. Blatant liar, and crooks. It's sad it's our third day living here we moved from ripoff rude Chicago to Crown Point Indiana just to be ripped of some more. Well Midnight Blue you destroyed my faith in honest small town business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF ARTIST.

I have used this company on 2 other occasions and had good results with fair prices,once recently from Crown Point to Hebron for &80, then day before Thanksgiving I was involved in an accident, county police called them for tow they took my truck about a mile to my house I got charged $135

Contracted this company to hand unload and reload a trailer full of product. Agreed to $200/hour starting and scheduled them to arrive at 0900 and they finished @ 1200. They then tried to bill me $1000 for the work stating that they had to pack their equipment and drive the 9 miles from their office so it's actually billed from 0700 not 0900 when they actually arrived on site. Essentially I had to pay for their time prior to arriving on site also. They threatened to unload our truck if we did not pay. I have no time for scammers and people that renegoatiate the terms after the fact. They were paid the money but I will never deal with them again and suggest anyone reading this to not do business with this company either.

If I had an option, I wouldn't have chose this towing company. They have the worst customer service and their pricing is outrageous. When I called the place I was nothing but polite and professional and all I received back was rude comments like 'What do you want now?'. Do not use this company. Avoid them at all costs
