I came in a couple days ago with a 2016 toyota. They scheduled me at 4 and I came at 3:45 a tad early. Wasted no time getting to me either. The lady at the counter I believed named Jennifer was polite and courteous. The gentleman who did the work was named Tanner I believe. He was very easy going and polite. Much more reasonable for a key than anyone in the tristate. I drove from illinois to get them to do two keys. Reasonable pricing and great service. Will definitely be a repeat customer if and when I need them again. The two of those employees were by far much more friendly than their competitors.

Their service was terrible, they broke my car door without telling me when they went to take it apart to make a new key off the door lock. Instead of just telling me I could call the dealer to get the key code. He took the door apart I'm sure to charge more. Anyways they say the door was already like that though it's been my daily driver for about 6 years now so pretty certain I'd noticed. That and the door had never been taken apart until they came and took it apart for zero reason. I called the dealer, after their failed attempt to get to the door lock, once he finally told me that was an option, and got the key code from the dealer. I called connors back once I got it and told them and they tell me they'd be at my house the following morning at 9am. They never showed and didnt call until 4pm saying they could do the key, after my boyfriend stayed up half the day waiting for them to show up, since we work nights we sleep during the day. Worst customer service and zero professionalism.

This place is TOTALLY awesome. When I was robbed they were able to make every key that I needed. They came to me to get into my vehicles and make new keys. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend everybody call on them. They do such a good job!. They are courteous and dependable. Trustworthy and honest.
