Matt came and looked at our door knobs to re-key. He was very nice, professional, and right on time. He actually made the suggestion for us to save some money and buy brand new knobs at a hardware store rather than pay the 119.99 re-key. He was looking out for the customer more than himself. Called in to inquire about programming my new key fob. Left my contact information with the receptionist. Soon after I got a call from the locksmith technician who provided me a fair quote. Within 20-30 minutes the technician arrived in a Pop-A-Lock vehicle, Pop-A-Lock uniform and programmed my key fob. Great service I would recommend using again.
