I bought a key chain there. Small purchase but I had a special need. I had bought two at big box stores that didn't work out. Their desk person solved my problem in two minutes at a cost lower than either of the previous purchases.

I needed my house locks rekeyed, but I didn't want to buy 5 new locks. I asked Tom if he could just make a change on the locks I already have installed. He said, no problem, 'I'll just made an adjustment on each lock and then make new keys for them. I was thrilled it could be that easy. I've used Tinder for 30 years, at least. They always come through. Tom Williford was a pleasure to work with and it took less than an hour. Thank you very much.

they were great with the information that I requested and gave me the information that I needed to tell my customer where to go get the key she needed. It wasn't one they carried. So we found a supplier that could supplier the key and she was really happy

The only game in town that I found that could work on Yale, Schlage and Quickset locks. Most locksmiths (and average Josephinas) can change Schlage and Quickset locks. Old school Yale locks trip the rest of us up. These guys will do you right.
