Lock myself out my truck call the other locksmiths in the area no body pick up called Met-Tech. He drove an hour to help me out 11 pm at night it was cold 32 degrees I am from Florida so you know this weather isn't my cup of tea. Easy like 1,2,3 and I was in my truck again very friendly and professional guy. I highly recommend him you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. I called to have my vehicle towed and Stark arrived and asked what the problem was. I explained what the car was doing and he offered to fix it. He towed my vehicle back to his shop and fixed the issues all in a timely fashion. He explained what he fixed in great detail. Very polite, professional, and great prices for services!

My car broke down at a rest stop on I-69 at night on the weekend. I was hours away from home and it was getting dark, so I was stressing out. The owner took my call and dropped everything to come out 20 miles in the opposite direction to tow me to his shop, and also said that if he couldnt diagnose the problem hed tow me for free to another reputable shop.He diagnosed my problems, got me a new starter and fluid, and I was back on the road by Monday. Prompt and kind service for a reasonable price. Id recommend him to anyone in the area!

This guy is super busy which is good for him, but bad for you and me because he clearly has no idea how to schedule anything. He just does everything on the fly, which is why it's been 5 days now, and I have yet to even receive a quote from him (I've now given up). He seems somewhat nice, just not very professional and has no idea how to organize. So if you need a timely fix, forget about it. I'll at least say that he offered to drive to my location to look at my vehicle to give me an estimate free of charge...but that compliment falls flat when even after doing that he still can't provide a quote, which is just ridiculous. So instead, I'm opting to a pay a premium to go to a dealership to get in, have my vehicle looked at by professionals, and get out. I'm also opting to tow the vehicle myself with a U-Haul since I can't depend on this guy's towing service either, and it seems all the other tow services in K'ville have bad reputations. I guess if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

Called to see if they had an auto part early in the morning Cause hours are 24-7 and woke worker up on other end and he was very rude and lied to me about auto part just to get off the phone and go back to sleep.....guy needs fired for sleeping on the job

The price was reasonable, the service was performed quickly, and the customer service was outstanding! If I ever need this service in the area again, I'll call them first. Lost our keys and called to get our car unlocked and a replacement made(we repeated this a couple of times). We were quoted $80. They came out, unlocked our car, and told us they couldn't make a key. They were 'kind' enough to drop it to $40.

Have to give them a 5 star rating. He came out on a sunday after i locked my keys in my car and not only did he get it but he was able to get it with 5% tent on the windows. So he practically did it blind. Hope i dont lock them in again but if i were todo so then I'd defiantly call Met-Tech. Thanks again man! Sincerely A Very Happy Customer

I had a flat and used my Onstar to get help. They sent a tech from met-tech to fix my tire. When he was a half hour late i called to see if i needed to find someone else to come and fix the tire. the tech was very short with me and when he got to me he was also very rude to me and talked down to me when I tried to explain what was in my tire. I will never recommend him again and i also filed a complaint with Onstar.

I was driving down the highway when my engine suddenly stopped. The owner of Met-Tech, Stark, happened to be driving by and stopped to help. He towed my vehicle back to his repair shop and repaired all problems.
