I did not come into your business I called you and for someone that needs business you need to remember the customer doesnt know how to make keys or anything about your business so if you can remember that you will be good to go but if you dont the customer will go somewhere else.

The owner is arrogant, rude and condescending. I think you could get better treatment in a Mexican prison to be honest. Dont even consider asking why the hours on the door are 8-6 if he isnt there because he will go on to condescendingly tell you how locksmiths work. Ive known and worked with a number of locksmiths and this guy is just a total @$$. Can I give this review negative 5 stars?RE: Tales of your incompetence are not amusing.
