Good service, but the man inside is not wearing a mask and made it uncomfortable to be around while in COVID-19 mode. I have young children and while I wear a mask having to be in contact with a service provider without a mask is kinda scary as other stores are making masks mandatory. But they were very fast and affordable and I hope that nobody contracts COVID from the mask situation.

Helena is beyond awesome and helpful. Needed a screen protector and the one she installed for me has lasted longer than any other one Ive had done. Going on 5 months with no bubbles, cracks, or peeling. Ive bought many from different places (including very expensive ones from Peel, etc) and have had nothing but problems. Finally have one that works!

This place went out of there way to find out what was wrong with my phone. And then even sent me to my cellphones holder (Boost) to just get a new phone because it was cheaper then having them put a new screen on my phone. Also my dad is the one that told me about this placer because he is 70 years old and always ends up getting viruses on his phone. And he probably has taken his phone in like 5 times in 6 months. They always help him and fix it for him and don't charge him anything. The owner and the young lady that are always there working are amazing people. So just want to thank you two so much for your good hearts not only for the one time I was in there and you helped me but how you two treat my dad when he comes in. Even though sometimes he could talk a lot. Thank you guys again so so so much. I will refer your place to all and always.

We took our Microsoft Surface here to get fixed after we damaged the screen. Overall we received very good service! We paid a little over $200 to get a new screen plus the labor to fix it. The people who worked there were friendly and professional. My husband and I will definitely be returning customers

Overpriced and overpriced. Interested in a wireless charging mat (or similar device by operation) and they told me they're were also, overpriced, and I should look elsewhere if I didn't care to pay 250% for a trivial gadget... Let alone require a credit check to get, again, overpriced by market comparison, service. Furthermore the only nice thing I can say is the reception was tolerable in more rural (75+ km inside NW Indiana) locals.

This is the best phone repair store I have ever been to. Best Buy tried to charge me $400 and took 2 hours and they fixed my phone for $60 in under 20 minutes. The woman who helped me was extremely nice and knew exactly what she was taking about. Not only did we get great service, but they also have us ice cream. I wont go anywhere else to get my phone fixed ever again!

Their hours are great for those who work, staying open Monday thru Saturday until 7:00 p.m. so you can stop in after work. You can't beat the hours. Munster Wireless can't be beat; UBREAKIFIX in Highland claims to be Samsung aurhorized, yet they MISDIAGNOSED my phone and told me parts did not exist, & they could not fix it. Then Battery Plus Bulbs in Schererville asked for close to $500. IN ADVANCE & Told me it would take 5 days to get the parts and 2 hours to do the work and they did not want her 'on top of them watching them'. They were rude, and told me my charging port was broken when it wasn't, that my LCD screen needed to be replaced -there was nothing wrong with it. Extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable! I had my iPhone screen changed there several months ago. It was a great experience. Yesterday I needed some soldering done on a circuit board I was trying to repair. I arrived right before closing and the owner was willing to stay after hours to help me. After trouble shooting my circuit board issues for an hour, we determined the board was not able to be fixed. When I asked Issac what I owed him he refused to take any payment. I kept this man and hour past his closing time and not once did he make me feel that I was inconveniencing him. I expect 5 star service anytime I spend my money. They certainly offer it here but also go far beyond whats expected to help their customers. That's how you retain life long customers!

Went in with a galaxy s8 that I use quite heavily, and it wasnt able to keep a charge throughout the day. 65$ (for my specific phone/battery) and about 30 min later it's back to how it used to be! Can't even tell the back was taken off. It was resealed proper and water tight. Quality work and friendly staff. Would advise people to go here.

I wasted days of my time arguing with Samsung over who could fix my cracked laptop screen, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They quoted me over $300 for the replacement screen part, told me that I'd get no service (I'd have to fix it myself), and I'd have to wait 2-4 weeks for shipping because the item was out of stock.Then comes Munster Wireless Repair, they had the exact screen part in stock, quoted me for less than half of what Samsung did, and it took less than 10 minutes before my screen was fully repaired. I will be recommending my friends and family to go here, there is no reason to deal with manufacturers with strict policies when you can have a local business fix it for less.
