My truck was towed when it was parked in my correct spot at an apartment complex. They said there was nothing they could do and that Id still have to pay. The building and waiting area is very trashy, and the lady at the front desk is rude and condescending. They also charge to get anything out of your vehicle. The entire staff is rude and acts like they are better then everyone else.

I had a vehicle towed to Durr's after an accident involving a vehicle that I own and they were extremely helpful. The person on the phone went out of their way to explain to me the status of the vehicle and what was needed to move forward with our process. If I am ever in need of the service I will call them in complete confidence.

An officer called this company when we broke down on the road home. I called to verify and was told the price. I explained that we didn't have that kind of money and was told we would figure something out. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was polite and helpful. However, when the driver reached us it all went south! Very rude and hateful! My options were he was towing it home or to impound. When informed I had already called and told his boss that we could not afford the tow, he informed me he didn't care. He was taking our truck one way or another. When told he wasn't taking our truck anywhere, he responded we'll see. I had to call the police back out there over this jerk refusing to leave without my husband's truck. Police showed up and he left without our truck. Would not recommend! The driver is definitely not someone I would want anyone I know having to deal with!!

Was told they would be here in 45 min. After an hour of sitting in the heat we called to check on the tow. They sent them out on a second 'quick police call' and it would be another 30-45 minutes. Called another tow company and they will be here in 30.The tow truck driver called while I was making this post. He just received the dispatch call 5 minutes after we called another company.BTW if you call AAA1 towing you get the same dispatch.

I went to go pick up my car from them today. The woman in the office who works behind the receptionist at the front was extremely rude to me. She spoke down to me and talked to me in a very condescending manner. I was not able to get my car and I left bawling my eyes out. I cannot understand why some people would be so rude.

Not very nice ppl here. Wanted to charge me $25 just to get stuff out of my car after 3 of my parked cars were smashed by an unlicensed, uninsured driver. Chief Plasse told me they shouldn't be charging this $25 and he would see that it is removed from my bill. They also bad mouthed Gills towing, as it turns out Gills is super nice and didn't sit behind a small plexiglass window and try to charge a fee that according to the police chief they aren't supposed to charge in the first place. Tow driver that did remove this car from the wreckage was however very nice and polite.

Granddaughter had car impounded and we went to pick it up after we paid for in full what a joke they had no one to get car out of lot and had to call someone in the lady was rude to us and acted like and even said they could get it out at there convienence then when someone showed up they dragged it with tow truck while car was in gear this is a horrible experience I do not recommend

I scheduled a Budget Truck Rental through durr's Towing. I called them prior to making the reservation online, and they assured me that truck would be available. I even called again the day before the reservation and they again assured me the truck would be available when I needed to pick it up. I showed up on the day of the reservation and surprise! No truck! They said sorry, sometimes Budget just comes and takes their trucks without forewarning. If that's the case, Durr's, then don't guarantee that the truck will be available if you don't know it will be, and don't deal with slimy companies like Budget truck. Stick with a more reputable company like Uhaul or Penske, companies that understand the meaning of the word 'reservation'.

Very Professional. My daughter is a student at the college in Terre Haute and got a flat tire. Our road side assistance called Durr's towing. We were told it would be a 30-40min wait. In 30 minutes he arrived, changed the tire and she was in great shape. After getting out the spare tire the air pressure was checked, it was low so air was put in the tire. It just happened that we got to watch the same tow drive work a wreck downtown Terre Haute about 9 hours later. He helped the other two drive load one of the vehicles and cleaned up the scene.I would call Durr's Towing anytime I needed road side assistance.

Wow! We broke down on I-70 in the middle of summer during rush hour. We called one tow company and they say it would be a 3 hour wait and over $200 to get a tow. Well, Durr's was there in 30 minutes! And it was less than the $200 the other guys said. We were stuck on the side of the road on vacation with our two children. I was so happy that the man who came to pick up up was so kind and helpful. He gave us advice on where to say and eat while we figured out our next step. I could not have been more pleased with the service. Thank you Durr's.

HORRIBLE!!! There not careful with your cars, and All they care about is making money. There very rude people. I saw them just the other day towing a car down third st. and they dropped it!! so or less you want your vehicle ruined and be treated badly.. Don't go here!!

The staff had no vehicle for me after I had reserved a truck three days earlier and didn't seem overly concerned. They were incompetent and disengaged from me as a customer, but at least they were rude. Avoid this joint for truck rental at all costs.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!These people lied and told us they were coming to service us and never showed up, after lying saying they had arrived and called (which they never did, we have video evidence that they never drove past our home) they called and decided to cancel on us. Does that even make sense?! Didn't think solet me say it again, THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
