The technician that arrived. First of told me that they had to do a complete lock change instead of the service I requested. Complete scam. Then when I told him I won't be requiring his services he tried to charge me for a service call. I politely said that no service was provided and I was never informed that I would have to pay for him to come out just to tell me he could only provide a service I didn't request. He then became irate and proceeded to tell me karma was going to get me. I think karma already came when he tried to scam me and walked away empty handed.
