Disappointed. Accidentally got my keys & cell locked in my car with it running while I cleared snow off the windshield in a parking lot. Went in to the nearest business, googled the nearest locksmith (about 5-10 min drive away) and called to see if they could help. They took all my information and said a tech would call me back. I waited nearly 20 minutes and finally got a call saying they weren't coming due to the road conditions. Not that they'd be awhile due to the snow, but just not coming. I wish I could have contacted the next locksmith on the list a little sooner!
