He came on a Saturday to help us get back into our apartment. He was a little upset as we interrupted his Saturday off, but we were glad he showed up 20 minutes later. he was able to get our door open 30 min later but had to drill it as our apartment doors are anti pick. he then made a new lock for us and keyed it for our current key. Before calling master lock I called dubuque lock express and they did not answer me. Master lock was way more reliable.

I gave price for late night service and a price for tomorrow. Customer wanted tomorrow price now, would not let go. Told her she does not set prices, she would not let go. She implied I must give cheaper price or she would tell everyone how awful I am. I told her to stick it. Husband called back, I felt empathetic and gave him less than the night rate, and I thought maybe she felt bad about blackmailing me and made him call.I draw the line at corrupt practices and dishonesty.

Horrible. A sexist pig who gave me a much higher estimate than he gave my husband. Refused to come out when we needed him--'was sick and tired of everyone calling him at the last minute.' How can you know you need a locksmith in advance?! I've never felt so belittled, or had anyone be so rude to me, especially someone who is in the service industry.
