I called for service when I was locked out of my home one evening. The person that I spoke with did not like the fact that I had questions and hung up the phone during our conversation. His goal was to leave me stranded and desperate so that I would accept whatever he offered. He knew that it was late in the evening and help would be limited or impossible at that time, so he felt that he could say whatever he wanted and that I would be forced to accept whatever he had to say. I was told by someone not to contact him because he was rude, among other things. I contacted him because there was no one else around. After he hung up on me, I did not call him back and was able to get a handy man to help me to get in my home. The level of un-professionalism and backward behavior in these small towns is like nothing I have ever seen. If they had actual competition, I guarantee it would not be this way, if they intended to stay in business. I would suggest staying away from this guy and force him out of business.
