Just as the door clicked shut behind me, I knew what I had done, again! I am outside and my phone and keys are inside. Went to a neighbors house to borrow their phone and they had Kevin in their contact list already. Gave him a call and he was there in no time and opened my door for me and made me a couple of extra keys to boot. We are fortunate to have Kevin plying his trade in and around our town. I had an excellent experience last week while in Grinnell. Somehow I managed to lock my car from the outside (Not supposed to be possible) while it was running and my keys were in the cup holder. Thankfully I knew a friend that knew about Hawkeye Lock and gave them a call for me. They arrived within minutes and my car was unlocked in no time. Thank goodness for them! I work at Casey's by the interstate and a woman locked her keys in her car. We called Rick's and he came out but she didnt have the money for it our manager was gonna pay for it but rick pushed the lady, locked her car back up, called her a liar and drove off. After hearing what happened to her, Kevin McAlexander came out and did it for free! What a good guy! Thank you guys so much!

Great service. Kevin has been great to work with on keying-projects and has built, from scratch, a key fob for my sons Audi TT(after he lost both key fobs in one weeks time.) Just programmed a second key fob for for my wifes Audi Q5. No dealer needed. Kevin has all the bells and whistles to do most anything.
