Horrible experience took car there to get chipped key cut and programmed. They could not get it programmed. They took the money and said it was a problem with the car. Took car to Honda dealer pay them less money to do the same job and had it running in 5 minutes. Called back to try to get refund and they refused to give refund. Would not recommend anybody go there.

This place is now my go to stop for any key related needs! Amazing service at a very reasonable price, Kevin and Andrew helped me with getting a new ignition key for my car that had a chip. It didn't take any longer than 15 minutes or so and I was happily on my way. You seriously can't go wrong with B&B Lock & Key!

I lost my fob for my vehicle and ordered a new one online. Most of the places I contacted said that they would only program robs that they sell. B&B came out and programmed the fob. Service was fast and friendly. By ordering online and having them program it, I saved half of what the dealership would have charged. I would recommend B&B to anyone.

Do not use B and B! I was a faithful customer for 15 years. Now B and B has new ownership and the service sucks. The yell at you for waiting for them for 4 hours inside a building instead of standing at at your car when they said they would be there in 30 minutes. Never again will they get one cent from me.
