Angel Hearts Rescue

I was very happy with their knowledge and their service on what type of cameras I needed for my home. Both Mike's came out. One that installed the cameras and the other Mike did the IT setup. They spend a lot of time making sure everything worked well and even helped me with equipment I needed to block anyone from getting to my IP address. They even cut down some of the evergreen limbs that blocked the view on one of the camera. They told me I could call if I needed any help with the system. I will be calling for more help on some functions.

Had them come out and move a safe from our garage to our basement. They did a great job, communicated exactly what they'd be doing and took care not to damage anything. Price was great too!

Installed our Vacuflow central vacuum with construction of house in '98. Good machine but finally needed motor replacement. At that time the systems were guaranteed for life. The manufacture didn't want to honor the warranty and the Rueschhoff Folks went to bat for us. I had to send documentation that we still owned and occupied the house. Matt worked for weeks getting them to finally approve the repair. He then came and installed the new motor and other parts and did an excellent job. Saved about $500.00 thanks to Matt's diligent and persistent effort for the customer. This company is ALL about customer service. They go over and above and that's why we have been customers of theirs for decades! Security, intercom, locksmiths and central vac, they are the best!

Called when I locked my keys in the car, and they had someone out in about 15 to 20 minutes, as promised. They had the door open in about 2 minutes from the time they started. Very grateful for the quick, friendly, efficient service.

I bought a used truck that only had one key. I called the Ford dealer and they wanted around 200, Westlake was around 80. The sad thing was they all claimed it would take an hour. The Lawrence Ford dealer should be ashamed for charging so much considering I can get a OEM Ford key off of Amazon for 32.I went to Rueschhoff and it was 70. The knew what they were doing and the key was ready in about 5 minutes. The new key is working GREAT. Thanks!

Went to get a new eemote key fob made for car, the lazy worthless staff left me an two others waiting 10 minutes while they gossiped, we could hear it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, rude people, lazy staff, incompetent, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

What happened to this place? They used to be the best locksmith in the area. The kid working behind the counter is rude, cocky, and has no clue what good customer service means. I stood there for over two minutes before he even acknowledged me. I wont be returning.

I requested a key fob for my vehicle and paid over $140. I was told by the front desk gentleman it may be a couple weeks for delivery. I checked periodically and after nearly three weeks, still no key fob. I proceeded to acquire a key fob from another place of business that same day. Although I was given a refund, I later discovered I was shorted by approximately $5. It is more about the principle at this point. The clerk was abrupt and the customer service could have been much better. At this point, I am done with this establishment for the carelessness exhibited by this individual. I doubt I will see the difference in the refund applied back to my card. Buyer beware.

I definitely recommend rouschoffs for security systems. Their service has enabled me to do alot of remote control and monitoring otherwise not possible. I have worked with Mike in the field, smart and nice as well, and James for over the phone tech support very knowledgeable and nice, and doesn't give up untill I say im satisfied.

Just visited the store and the gentleman that was helping had horrible customer service skills. I was in the process of removing the keys that i needed to be made, he told me no need to remove and took my entire key ring, made the keys and I left. Got home and discovered that he made two keys from the wrong key, I had to drive back get the correct keys made. He took the keys that he made and threw them across the room into a bucket, made the keys and shoved them in my hands. So here is my advice to this person, slow down, stop and listen to the customer because you rushing obviously causes mistakes and wastes my time. Won't be going back, I have never felt so rushed and disappointed

I have had a very unique opportunity to experience all that Rueschhoff Security can offer. I actually worked there in the early 90s as an installer and learned first-hand the level of professionalism expected as a representative of the company. At a time when competitors were installing the cheapest, fastest DIY systems possible, we prided ourselves on making sure the home (or business) looked as good, or better, than it did when we got there. Now, I've come full circle and Rueschhoff Security is a customer of mine. Again, I can see the same professionalism and attention to detail that I knew as an employee.
