Good at what he does, was able to duplicate a broken 26 year old key, it even controls the door locks and ignition, only took the man one time to get it done. Would highly recommend and look forward to dealing with Bill in the future with any more lock or key concerns. Also has a neat shop, with different keys to choose from..

OMG I THANK GOD FOR THIS MAN BILLS LOCK & KEY. I went to put something in the trunk of my car and the key broke inside the key hole. I was freaking completely out. I called and his wonder wife answered the phone I was panicked I was crying I could not formulated a sentences correctly. She calmed me down, she got my address I promise you within 10 minutes this man was at my door he had my key made in less than 15 minutes and was gone. The whole process maybe took and I mean maybe to 25 minutes. He was so sweet he was so kind everything I was worried about he had a solution to every problem that arose tonight he calmed me down he gave me reassurance that everything was going to be OK and that is exactly what this man did. He was professional he was fast he was in and out he is the best of the best of the best and his prices I couldnt have asked for a better deal. I didnt know how I was going to get to work I didnt know how I was going to get the key out of the trunk he did everything. He was very kind very gentle hearted and just was a complete... complete gentleman professional and all-around just amazing five stars isnt enough for this man if anything like this happens to you this is the person to contact his wifes nurturing tone on the phone is soothing and his presence showing you what he does, how he does it was so cool. Words cant express the gratitude and thankfulness to have someone like him be able to come to where you are located. I Highly recommended appreciate you for coming out as late as you did tonight for me to give me access to my vehicle when I had no one else to turn to I thank you I thank you I thank you.

I had a safe left tto me from my mother whe. She died. It worked great. I made a kove from one house to another. During the move, the safe handle was broken. So I took it here to get open. They were unable to fix to open door. Too damaged. So, they kindly cut it open and let me get all the materials out. They kind and curtious. Great group of people.

We had 3 locks we needed keys made for. We left them at Bill's shop so he could look at them and decide if he could make the keys. He had them for 5 days and even after leaving a voicemail asking about it, we got no response. Left them on Monday and on Friday we went to the shop to see if he had looked at the locks only to be told by Bill he didn't want to mess with them and not in a nice way either, he acted like we were a bother. He could have let us know a few days sooner or at least been more polite. So we took the locks to TUCKER'S LOCKSMITH, about a mile away and had keys for our locks 10 minutes after walking in the door! Tucker's was fast and friendly were Bill's had no consideration for us as customers at all. We will not bother Bill ever again and neither will anybody else I know.

I was locked out of my house at midnight and called Bill's Lock and Key. Thankfully they have 24hr service. They arrived promptly. I think my house was one of the most difficult houses to get into because it took close to 2 hrs (they say it usually only takes a few tries to get in), but I was so thankful for their dedication to getting me inside. Very highly recommend this company! The service is wonderful and they know what they are doing.

I had a spare key that was made at Walmart, they told me I didnt need a chip in the key. Well today I lost my keys at Walmart and my husband brought me the spare key and it wouldnt work because it needed the chip in it.
