These guys do great work! Having the key broke off in my motorcycle ignition was a real bummer. After loading up the trailer I was running behind schedule and they stayed late for me to drop the bike off. Two days later they called me and asked if I was ready to ride. Absolutely! When I arrived two new keys were waiting. They even gave me a charge on the battery before I left when they saw it wouldnt start. I cant say enough good about these stand up gentlemen!I highly recommend you take your business to Tri-State Lock.

Great experience with Tri-State Lock. Showed up at 430 pm, with only a half hour until closing with a electronic safe whose battery has died and keys were lost. Larry kept working on the safe until getting it open well after 6pm. He was more than happy to stay past closing to open my safe. Would highly recommend!

Very friendly and great service! I've used Tri-state Lock a few times. Once for our house locks and a couple other times for our car keys. I bought a car for my niece (out of state) that needed an additional key and programming. I showed up right before closing, but Larry stayed and made sure the key was cut and programmed. Next time was for my corvette, Larry new exactly what type of key it needed and figured out the code super quick. He found a #1 door lock remote key for my corvette too! Also soldered the climate control board for my car, works perfectly! Can't say enough good things about Tri-State Lock! Highly recommend them!

Your search has ended: this is the locksmith you want. I went there many weeks ago and got caught up with life and forgot to leave a review. I had 3 older rare keys I needed a copy of and I didn't expect they would have blanks. First 2 I put up was for my 67 Chrysler. My main concern was the ignition, could have done without the glove box key but he surprised me by having both in the archives. Then I had an older key that goes to a set of built in gate enclosures at work, back to the archives and he had what I needed. I thought for sure due to the rarity of the keys there would be a substantial cost with them but was pleasantly surprised. Any future locksmithing work I need done will be by tri-state lock.

Professional! Accommodating! Reliable! I scheduled a off site appointment to have my truck keys replaced. They were beyond helpful on the phone and able to schedule my appointment within 24hours. Luckily, we located the keys before any work was done. Without any complaint or charge he cancelled our appointment after making the drive out to my house. After losing my whole set of keys, I initially contacted Acme Lock on Monday, Nov. 26th at 10:15. They quoted me a price of $370.00 to make a new car key force and program it. Their driver showed up at 12:45 and at 430, after programming 3 different keys, told me 'it's not working'. I then had the car towed to Tri State and it was the best experience and wish I wouldn't of wasted my time with Acme. Rod was wonderful and kept me in the loop..he had to order the fob and when it arrived on Wednesday, it was just a few minutes and EVERYTHING was programmed and ready to go. Plus, the cost was less than half of the quote of unsussessful Acme. Great place, Rodney was professional and courteous and they've gained my business for life... When needed.

Larry is the best! My unlock button was not working on my key fob for my Cobalt. Not only did he take a look at it but he was able to repair the key fob instead of having to replace it. He was so nice!

They took reservation to change locks last week. Then today when we called to confirm what time they would be at home they simply said 'oh, it looks like it will have to be next week '. They will never be used by U.S. Nor would I recommend them. If we had not called guess we would still be waiting. Unbelievable!

Best locksmiths in the Tri State area. Friendly and knowledgeable. I went to them looking for a lock fob for a Ford Bronco and they had one in stock and they programed it immediately and the price was reasonable. The lobby was full of people, the phone was ringing all the calls were answered and all of the people were helped and the customers were all helped with respect and dignity.
