Philip was phenomenal. I had locked my keys in my car late on a Saturday afternoon and couldn't get a hold of anyone that serviced my area. I contacted Philip and he was at my place in under an hour and had the door open in less than 2 minutes. He was fast, efficient, and very personable. Highly recommend!

Phillip was great. He came out and relayed all my mother's doors in no time at all. He had many good suggestions and even helped reset the code to the garage door. Mr. Orr was such a blessing! I was dog sitting and locked my car keys and their house keys in the house. I called him at 11:37 pm on a weekend and he arrived in less than an hour and we live out in the boonies. It took him about 1 minute to open the door. Super nice guy! Highly recommend!!

Called Orrs around 10 am, let Phillip know exactly what was needing done, and he said he could be to my house the same day. He showed up earlier than expected (good thing for me!) and even texted before arriving to make sure I was available. He came in under his original estimate! We had two buildings, each with its own unique key design, and 17 locks between the two that needed to be re-keyed. Phillip was in an out in no time! All the keys work great! We have a lot of construction going on at our hone (whole hone remodel,) and he was extremely careful not to get in anyones way.10/10 would recommend!!!!
