I would like to say that I recommend Floyds towing in the event of a jam. The response time was excellent and the driver Jeff was helpful and a real down to earth kind of guy. Last but not least his prices are fair in todays market.

My son lost a transmission while coming home from Pigeon Forge. He got Floyd's where Floyd did everything he could to help him and never charged a penny. He guided us to a uhaul rental to get a car hauler to get the vehicle back to his dealer. Thanks very much to Floyd

I took my truck to Floyd's garage 8/ 29 it broke down in route to Dayton Ohio. They had my truck for a month and did nothing to it but tore it apart. Kept telling my I had an oil leak in my motor. Long story short, I ended up taking it to the dealer. Cost me $4200.00 to have my motor put back together. And all it was is the high pressure oil pump. Should have only been down 2 days tops and about a $400.00 dollar fix. Say no more

My husband broke down, they had a fantastic response time for a wrecker service. But they offered to take his truck to work on it and now it is in worse shape than to begin with. $400 dollars later, for a distributor and some plug wires we had to take it somewhere else today. Ridiculous.
