I locked my moms keys inside her car, which also held the keys to basically everything. I called downs locksmith around lunchtime on a Sunday and he was here in less than 15 minutes. He was really friendly and nice and got the job done so quickly!

Very disappointed in this locksmith. We called and my husband explained that we had a deck door that would not unlock. My husband was told he would be called back by 2:00 the next day to get address so Downs Locksmith and Security could come and help us with this problem. No one ever called back to get the address. My husband tried to give the address and phone number when he initially called. If you did not want the business, we should have been told on the phone instead of leaving us hanging. Not a good way to run a business.

This company sent out an individual that didn't have the tools to complete the job, so he used mine. His price was $180+ dollars when the next closest price was $71 for the same work. He charged $40 per hour and had to drive back and forth from his house several times, one time was because he forgot our keys. His 'service call' price is near three times his competition. This is not how you get repeat business. I learned my lesson, they say a wise man learns from the mistakes of others.....learn from me.
