I run a business with an aging fleet of delivery vehicles. I got a call from a driver that the truck had died on a busy stretch of Gene Snyder, 100 miles from home. Simpsonville Towing & Recovery was a Google hit (the first call to another company went unanswered). I took a chance and gave them a call. It was answered on the first ring. The extremely helpful lady on the other end of the phone not only arranged to have the truck picked up, she gave me several options to have the truck looked at which, in the end, was a heck of a lot cheaper than having it towed 100 miles to my mechanic. Communication between the company, me, and my driver were excellent. The truck was towed, fixed, and ready for pickup in about 6 hours. I was beyond thrilled with the level of service. I can't recommend Simpsonville Towing & Recovery highly enough. Next time, they're my first call.

Had a HORRIBLE experience literally, OVERNIGHT! My car sat at an undisclosed location. I had to TRACK MY CAR DOWN, after a full day of not receiving a response from the dealer. When my family member sent for my vehicle, we were told that we had to pay an additional fee to retrieve the car because it was 5:10 pm. SHADY business!!! I am contacting the BBB AND the Chamber of Commerce!! NEVER AGAIN will I get SCAMMED by this towing company !!! Extremely unethical! RUN!!! Everything was fine, until he lost the business of the additional tow! WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING!!

These guys were great. Arrived within 15 minutes, towed the car out of the ditch with no damage. Very polite and caring....wanted to make sure I was alright. I can not recommend highly enough. Thanks Simpsonville Towing and Recovery for a job well done.

Great experience and very affordable rates. Truck broke down and called AAA for a tow, waited over 3 hours and no truck arrived. Called John at Simpsonville Towing and he was able to send some one out immediately. If I'm ever stuck again I would not hesitate to call him for help. Thanks again!

The driver I spoke with at 01:39 on 09/19/2019 was very rude about a job. Would not recommend this service to anyone after this encounter.- after the owner responded I personally have called 1 time and would not have been privy to how many times the roadside company contacted simpsonville towing. But regardless of that, another provider was contacted with a better price and customer service that surpassed shelbyville towing. Repeat again, would not refer this to anyone.

The details state they are open for business 24/7 like most towing companies are. I called for service and they wouldn't pick up the phone only to be texted back two minutes later they weren't available today. Bet if there was a wreck 1 mile away their greedy butts would be there before the dust settled. Either change the hours posted on Google or hire someone that isn't lazy!!

Talk about awesome customer service. I initially went with Simpsonville Towing because when I was calling places for estimates they were wonderfully friendly people to talk to on the phone. Then when on arrival the tow truck driver was even more friendly, we talked the entire time he was loading up my car. To top it off I thanked him for how nice everyone in the company had been and how much I appreciated it (since I was having an awful day with my broken down car). He let me know thats why they try their best to be so friendly with people, because typically most people dont call a tow truck for happy reasons. Talk about awesome, thank you Simpsonville Towing for making my bad day a little bit better!
