I found this place via Siri. However right before I found them Siri directed me to at least 6 other businesses which I called a minimal of four I have. Almost exhausted with frustration I thought I would try one final time to find a locksmith and they were the only business that was willing to listen. The owner was even willing to Come back in at 7 PM last night even though they closed at 5 PM. Reminds me of the good all days of having a friend that you could do business with. I will definitely be using them for all my rekeying and lock needs in the future. Super grateful

I had 5 door locks re-keyed. I dropped them off at the locksmith shop (I don't like paying the house call fee) and they were done in about a hour, and he had locks to do before he got to me. The keys turned the my new locks like butter - no wiggle room at all. The locks all felt and operated better than when I brought them in. Prices are very good.

They were called out 3 times to our house to help us with our car. Instead they put it theft mode and couldn't get the job done. Now we are spending over $1000 to fix our computer system which they ruined. When they made us pay $200 already. They should have told us they can't fix it instead of ripping us off. They had no idea how to fix what they screwed up and they should have been straight forward with us. All of them had terrible costumer service skills and now won't answer our texts or calls.
