Don and Jason did everything they could to find the hose I needed for my truck on the eve of a holiday weekend. The correct hose wasn't available, but Jason was able to patch the one that broke enough to get me to the dealer 20 miles away. I highly recommend this business. AMAZING TO WATCH!! ASAP Towing arrived within 30 minutes to hoist my 53' trailer out of the ditch. Not only were we in the ditch, we were leaning at a very precarious angle to the extent that my drive tires were off the ground on the left side. The tow truck operator put me at ease as I watched him make quick work out of 'righting' a 42,000 lb trailer. I've waited much longer and paid MUCH MORE for much less service than I received today with ASAP Towing. Sooooo very grateful I called ASAP Towing. Thanks guys!!

Keep Reading: The tow service driver was FANTASTIC!! Courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient in loading my truck and he deserves a raise in pay! :) However...State Farm notified us of a 16 minute wait time yet it was over an hour. Persons in need of tow services appreciate honesty and the ASAP Towing dispatcher did not honestly reflect the wait time. We would've called another tow company, or a friend who has a flatbed trailer, and paid out-of-pocket so as not to wait an hour. I hope State Farm takes this into account when reconsidering contract renewals.

Quick, friendly and informative! Used the towing service through State Farm and very happy with the professional service. Loved also, that they used a flat bed truck for our suv vehicle. Time we called State Farm, ASAP Towing arrived within 20 minutes and brought it straight to the mechanic shop on the other side of town. The whole deal took less than a hour. Definitely recommend!

They did a great job and handled my car with care. Since it's a classic, they used soft straps, as opposed to the normal chains. I appreciated that, as the undercarriage, axle, and front A arms were just painted. The driver was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Their price was exactly comparable to another place in the area that I called.

I called the night before to book a 9am appointment. Perfect. The following morning, at 9:30am still havent heard from ASAP. I called them and the lady began to tell me my wrecker had to assist the police, ok thats fine but didnt think to call me. She tells me that she will call me once the wrecker leaves and begins its route towards me. I waited and waited until 11am. Finally, I called to cancel and she then tells me the wrecker is almost to my house, once again failed to call me. I took my business to Eddies towing in Slidell which in return saved me 30 bucks. Thanks for nothing.

If I could raise a flag over Slidell, La. It would say ASAP Towing & Road Service! No one else! Only the best!Starting with Mr. Donny who took my call when my. black car broke down on I- 10! It was night and pitch dark where my car stopped and I was a woman alone! I didn't know where I was! Mr. Donny took my call. He listened to me and he was able to dispatch one of the best tow truck drivers that I have ever met! Jason! Not only did Jason tow my car, he made sure that I got checked in at a safe local hotel! My experience with ASAP only gets better! The next day I found out the place where my car was towed didn't have a mechanic on duty!!! Well, Mr. Donny got on the phone and got in touch with another driver. I believe his name was Rob. Forgive me if I am wrong. He went to the shop did a check and, he found out what the problem was. ASAP FIXED MY CAR!!! Mr. Donny and ASAP were my angels! I can't say thank you enough!If you are ever in a situation and you need not just a towing service but also a company with excellent customer service call the best in Sidell, La. I called for a tow as fast as they can. The tow truck was at location within 15 minutes. Very fast. Then he worked with me to find best shop to take my car which was so helpful and just plain nice to assist in that capacity. The price was fair and in range of other tow companies. But this one was so fast I'm defently using them again.
