I was very pleased with my experience at this store. It was very well laid out and clean. The associates were wonderful and knowledgeable. I was there to have my vehicle battery replaced after AAA roadside battery service would not replace it at my home. The AAA driver gave me some crazy excuse and said it had to be replaced at their facility. I call Batteries and Bulbs after I found their website sold car batteries and went there right away. They identified the correct battery and it was installed within about 1/2 hour. It is not easy in a Ford Transit Connect! Thank you for your great service.

I recently went to Batteries Plus to have my battery changed in my key fob for my Lexus and was so impressed with the professionalism and timely service! I told the store associate exactly what I needed and within 5-7 minutes I had my key fob back in my hand and was well on my way. The store was well organized, clean, and the store associates greeted me immediately upon my arrival. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future! I was very disappointed in the service I received at this store. I purchased a new key FOB with this store and after 2 plus hours not only was the key not programmed but the car would not start. My husband had our 2 small children in tow during this ordeal. They were prepared to tow it to the dealership, but when I finally arrived it was getting dark, my kids were hungry, and the store was doing more of the same thing rather than seeking other solutions. I decided to call the dealership and I started brainstorming what could be done. I realized that onstarr had disabled the car. We were handed some double a batteries and sent on our way. I followed up with the owner to suggest maybe after what we went through we deserved more than some promotional aa batteries. He was unwilling to find a middle ground and has lost my business and gained a negative review.

My experience in Batteries Plus was excellent. I had problems with my car farb. I thought it was just the battery but in fact the cashier changed the battery and remote still did not work. Then a new farb was ordered. The cashier programmed the new farbs in a timely manner(20 minutes). Also at no additional cost programmed my old farb as well. My farbs are working great. Thank you for the superb service.
