WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL THE LOCKSMITHS IVE EXPERIENCED. called and was originally told 30-35 minutes. After 1 hour, they still did not come. When I called back, I was THREATENED and told, I will leave you locked outside all night, I dont care, but the boss or person answering the phone! By this time is was 3am. Had to give them my address 4 times before they came 1 & 1/2 hour later!!!!! When I expressed what happened on the phone to the technician who arrived, he said they both woke up out of their sleep to help me. I was confused by that response because this service is supposed to be 24/Hours and one cannot sleep and run a business simultaneously. The technician struggled to get the door open and it took some time before I could enter. I have seen this same process by other locksmiths faster and smother. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, they charge $120 (TWICE as much as their competitors) for sure a terrible customer service experience. I understand this is MIAMI and no one cares about providing excellent customer service experiences. THE GRAND FINALE was when the technician failed to provide a receipt for cash payment and refused to bring the receipt to the door. Once I obtained the receipt, he even PUSHED MY DOOR OPEN to argue with me! I had to slam the door and lock him out! What a nightmare! DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

What can I add that other people haven't already said? kent gave us an estimate. It was a reasonable estimate. He came in at that estimate. He was friendly, both on the phone and in person. He was punctual. He didn't talk down to us. Besides changing our lock and fixing our deadbolt, he also came up with a good solution for plating over a doorknob we removed from a sealed door. This is the only locksmith you should ever call in . It's that simple. With all the unethical, greedy people out there, it's a pure joy and relief to work with a man such as kent. He is a highly skilled, personable, trustworthy professional. We are so very lucky to have found him.
