Called to have someone unlock my front door. I asked how much the services were and I was told it was job specific and we would discuss it once they showed up (no mention of a service fee). Guy showed up 30 minutes late, said he couldn't do anything (due to lack of experience) but drill out the lock. I told him that wasn't an option. I had to pay a $45 service fee just for him to show up, not do anything and then leave. Make sure the locksmith has the experience to complete the job before you tell them to come by.

I had a good experience with KeyMe. I will definitely do the upgrade for $2.00 next time I go to get a made to make sure that all the edges are smooth and I will definitely recommend KeyMe to Family & Friends.

Great service and key works! Since my key was a special key, I was not able to get it made at a kiosk. The delivery time was longer than initially stated but it's here and it works!

This machine is inside of Safeway. It was really quick, easy to use, and the key works perfectly. I think it's a great deal.... $7 for a key in under a minute! They also have an option to have the key sent to your house if you want a design or specialty key.Definitely will use this is the future if I need another key made. I would imagine that this is also a way around making copies of a 'do not copy' key....

This saved me so much time. Last year I got keys made and remember saving my account. Today getting back home with my mom after she was realeased from the hospital I realized I didnt have keys. I figured I would give this a shot. Ran down the street and got the keys made using my email and fingerprint. Thank you thank you thank you. The only thing Id suggest is a way to label the keys on your account. Although I havent really researched it so there may be a way. Its not expensive so I just printed all four of mine out. Again, thank you so much for this service.
