I locked myself out of my apartment in Bel Air and called. Someone came to my home in the exact amount of time he said he would - only 25 minutes. The opening of the lock only took 5 minutes max. For that, I am extremely thankful and impressed. The only downside is that it was $160. I have never needed to have this done before so I don't know what to compare it to.

The machine is super easy to use! You insert your original key into the slot, follow the touch screen instructions, then swipe your card to pay! I purchased 2 keys and got a third one free! It all took less than 5 minutes! I recommend to anyone, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

They advertise you get the key from 3 to 5 days.. not!!! Today is the 7 day and I dont have the key I order. They advertise lies!

I called to ask for an estimate for 3 locks to be keyed the same. I gave them all my information only so they could give me an estimate, they told me $29-$200 per lock!! So I said no thanks if they cant give a solid quote. They tried to charge me a $29 cancellation fee even tho I never ordered anything from them!
