Wasn't very happy that the only store near me charged $10.00 more per battery than any other store within 50 or so miles. I purchased 6. Did not want to travel to the further stores twice. Once to pick up the batteries and a second time to bring back the cores. Otherwise, the selection was good and the customer service at the local store was excellent.

My husband took his Iphone 7 in to get the charge port and battery replaced. From the initial contact by phone it was apparent that I was dealing with a competent professional group. I arrived a little early for my appointment but that didn't matter. They came to the car and were very careful with masks and gloves. They answered all my questions. I returned that same afternoon to pick up the phone. The tech, a very professional and personal young man brought the phone out and answered a few questions. I highly recommend this business.

I went to Batteries Plus in California, MD. I didn't have a lot of time so I placed an order from my car because there was an extra discount if you placed your order online. I arrived at the store 5 min later. I knew my order wasn't ready since I literally just placed it. The clerk was extremely accommodating and got me in and out in no time.

They went out of their way to help me schedule my time, telling me when the tech would be available. Others found them very helpful, and I did too. When my fingerprint reader didn't initially work after they replaced the battery, they were ready to 'jump to' and open the unit back up, but a few restarts to get the driver loaded and now my unit is 100%. They don't have the ability to test your Blu-Tooth interface, so make sure you do that yourself ... and since you don't put their fingerprint into your system (they only have the log in PIN), make sure you test your fingerprint reader (like I said, had to restart my phone a few times to get it working).

I made an appointment with Patty this morning after discussing pricing and timeline to replace my charging port and Battery in my iPhone X. Total came out to a more than fair pricing of $120ish dollars, they had the parts and the time to do it the same day. Fast forward, I arrived for my appointment and a kind employee named Nick is doing their routine device testing. Ya know to ensure my device is in the condition I stated, proper model, etc. I didn't need a charging port... It just had some gunk built up in there and he cleaned it for me free of charge. Not only was I impressed with the manager, Patty and her customer service over the phone, their pricing, and most importantly my actual visit!I will be back for any future repairs needed on my devices and I will be sure to recommend this store to friends and family. Thank you guys both!

I've been trying to get the battery in my watch replaced for a year. Even the brand store where I bought it doesn't replace the batteries anymore (you have to mail it off for battery replacement now). Spur of the moment, I saw Batteries Plus and figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if they could do it. They could and did! They were friendly, helpful, and it took less than 5 minutes. Thanks!!!!

I took my iPad to get fixed at Battery Plus for a screen replacement. When I got home and used my Ipad I realized my Wi-Fi was not working. Beware with going to Battery Plus. Please look at the reviews. If I have something work on my iPad and now it's broken what makes you think I will take my iPad back to the same exact store. I will get my iPad fixed elsewhere.

Im irritated. I got my phone fixed here and there is a warranty, well when i went to get it fixed again oh sorry we cant honor that My phone cracked under the screen protector, the screen protector you swore up and down would work great. But when it didnt you dismissed me and hung up on me. I didnt appreciate being treated like that. Im never coming here again. Not worth the money or the time

Broken phone screen? AVOID! If your screen is not usable, they will say they were 'unable to test' all the other parts of the phone, after they attempt to repair it - not before. I brought my phone with a dead screen from overheating. They replaced it and I paid 100$. But then I noticed my front camera wasn't working. I assumed they just didn't reattach it properly (I have repaired phones in the past - I just didn't have time this month to do mine). So I brought it back in and told them I thought they just needed to reattach the front camera. After they call me to come get it, they show me a bill for 80$ because 'they were unable to test everything when I brought the screen in.' OK, I get it, you think I'm trying to get one over on you. But the repair-person did not annotate in his notes what he did to the camera. If he had just put on there that the camera was disconnected, cool. But he didn't put any details, and they argued with me at the desk.TLDR: If your screen is broken - there is no guarantee of all the other parts of your phone. So if they break something else, they WILL charge YOU for it. He said, she said.

As someone who has worked in costumer service for many years I am appalled by how I was treated here. This store does not deserve even one star, I took a phone in to get the battery replaced and the two people working were fighting and yelling at one another. They replaced the battery and it was bad! Had the battery exchanged at another batteries and plus store and the battery was still bad. When I went in for a refund at this store it was refused with no explanation, the company did not honor the return policy of 14 days. Terrible terrible business and employees. Do not recommend ever going here!

I had a watch battery replaced at this location on 03/27/2018 and the chronograph was broken when the watch was returned to me. I highly recommend against having watch batteries replaced here.
