I never ever give a review. However, I have a 1949 Plymouth that I've been trying to get a key mad for a year. I finally found a one on Ebay that neded to be keyed. I searched places and read review. Based on some reviews, I brought $80 with me, not knowing what to expect. I brought my key on and he gave me a quote. I was SO shocked, I gave him 2 and a half times more than what he quoted. NOT A RIPOFF. I'm going back there forever if I ever need a key made. Thanks. A+++

Came within 15 minutes just like dispatch... opened my car in 10 minutes or less... in the pouring rain...I must add, the price that dispatch told me and the price the technician told me were completely different.. $20 difference....someone may be pocketing money... but good service

I had all my locks changes so that we did not have to have multiple keys. They changed all of the locks and I have had nothing but one problem after another. Front storm door would not open from the outside and could not lock my basement security door. Never had any problems with my doors until I changed all of the locks. They charged me every time they came out to fix a lock. This is unacceptable. I will not be using them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Today. I unfortunately locked myself out of my truck. Called this company, due to the great reviews I've seen online. Jamal came within twenty minutes from my location. He was professional in getting the job done and even went out of his way to assist in making sure my driver's side door properly opens and closes. So this is the place to call and Jamal to ask for in an event like this.

The locksmith that came out from here was wonderful. I would be a return customer for that reason alone. Jamal was kind to both my mother and the stray cat who lives on my porch (who was curious what he was doing the whole time). He adjusted to my needs and was just genuinely both a good person and a great locksmith. He came quickly (within 30 minutes) and was very upfront with me the whole time. Great guy and great company.

Very nice people but unprofessional. I asked if they could have someone come to me by 8 a.m. the next morning and was told yes. I called the morning of at around 7:30 a.m. to confirm and was told a technician would call me. No call. When I called back no one answered. I had to call another company for the service. I would not use this company again.

Jamal came to my girlfriend and I within 20 minutes of being called. She lost her key at taste of dc the day before and her spare was inside of her car. He was very kind, took about 10 minutes to unlock her door, she got her spare key and we were all happy! Thank you so much Jamal! Keys mysteriously disappeared Saturday night, it wasn't until very early in the morning we discovered they were missing. Best Locksmith made it to my house in about 30 minutes, was a very reasonable price considering the time, was extremely polite and I was in my house in about 30 seconds with no damage to my lock. I really appreciated how professional this service was. I hope to never need them again but if I do, I'll be using this company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! I don't ever leave reviews but this company is shady and very unprofessional. I originally called because I had locked my keys in the car. They said it would be $165 and around two hours until somebody could get there. Being stranded and unable to get into my vehicle I called another company and they offered to come unlock my vehicle for $80 and they would be there in twenty minutes. I called these guys back and told them not to send someone out that the other company could make it to me in far less time and less than half their price. The person I spoke with on the phone then proceeded to call me profane names and hang up. Again, call around I can bet you will find someone who isn't going to try to rip you off like these guys.

We are from Texas and lost our keys while walking around all the monuments in Washington, DC and the dealership was already closed and would require our vehicle to get towed in order to get a new key. We contact several locksmiths and Best D.C. Locksmith was very fast and professional. We have a 2016 Ford and our locksmith was having trouble getting the key programmed because of the vehicle being so new and not being compatible. He didn't stop trying. We were ready to call it a day and wait until the next day to go to a dealership and he was resilient and wanted to try one more method. Sure enough it worked!
