Over the phone I was quoted about $10 - $15 to remove a broke key from a door handle that I unscrewed and brought to their shop with me, but when I got there someone was covering for the regular Locksmith on duty, and he called the Manager/Owner to get a price and I was then told it would be $25. It only took less than 5 minutes for him to remove the broken key, and for that reason and because I was quoted a significantly lower price over the phone I then asked for a $5 discount and he agreed to it. So, because he lowered the price a little and the fact that they got me in and out of there so quickly I am giving them a five star rating.

Lost keys to tool chest. My regular locksmith said he could come out and open it but not make a replacement key. Been here a couple of times now for my tenants office key copies. John is quick and friendly. Its nice also to still have a locksmith that has a legitimate location that you can rely on in case of a true emergency. Apparently there are a lot of scammer locksmiths online.

After several attempts to get some keys made for my door at Home Depot and Lowe's, this locksmith was successful. In all fairness Lowe's did recommend this locksmith to me for this difficult key job. He doesn't rely on the computers but manually makes the keys which is probably why they're so precise and perfect.
