I was at Lowes in Oakland at 4:30 today. Employees were wearing masks and almost all customers were also wearing masks. I needed paintthe paint area has plastic screens protecting customers and employees. Lots of signs on the floors. At check-out, employees were wiping down the counters with disinfectant. Finally, restrooms are readily available at front of store. Easy to wash hands and, without touching anything, exit the store. I was impressed.

Needed help. Pushed help button. 5 employees standing and talking a d not even looking to help. Finally I had to ho to them and ask if they heard request. They said yes. Few said it wasnt their problems. I have pics of the employees standing

Store was fine. Employees report that store manager does not enforce Maryland's mask requirements with customers, nor are employees allowed to mention rules to patrons that don't comply with the state order. Employees' and customers' safety should be #1.

I do a lot of remodeling as part of my job, so you would think I would go to Lowe's often... Nope! I try my absolute best to not go to Lowe's if I can help it. Their employees are under-trained, not enthusiastic, and obviously don't want to be there. Not bad if you know exactly what you need, and where it is in the store, but if you have any questions at all, good luck...

Needed a dishwasher. Took almost a half an hour for an extremely rude unmotivated salesman to come 'assist' us. Ordered one and apparently it has to be over $379 for them to deliver it which is fine but when it did come in we had to carry across the parking lot ourselves because God forbid someone actually want to help the customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also make sure to call before you go because the website ours do not reflect the true store hours.

Delivery rip off. Delivery by lowe's is insanely expensive anyway. (The same products are actually cheaper at walmart too.) So it said delivery would be $75 at the check out page and after I checked out it jumped to $94. When I called to ask about this I got put on hold for a half an houThis delivery was a one time deal for me. I really fer. el sorry for the elderly and disabled that have to rely on this service routinely.

The experience is not a 9.9 had to wait 20 minutes to get a finish nailer went back and looked at gas stoves had to wait for half hour for associate to get there and got up to check out and they was 8 or 9 people there with one register going so dont think that it's all that because your a big company

I was very disappointed in the Oakland store this evening. We saw a lot of employees standing around but no one wanted to move. We always check out on the lumber side, because our truck is big. We went in and the cashier was killing time. When we left he still was, we asked him the price of a tool box which didn't have a sign on it. He could see it from his register, no other customers. He would not go and check it out. He said, if theres no price on it, you probably can't afford it. I would guess 800 dollars. Very lazy and rude. This was store 2800, terminal02, 6/19/19, 17:54:53.

We refurbish houses and often have returns sometimes I have the receipt sometimes I don't and now it seems over the past couple of months if we don't have a receipt we cannot do the return I took back of $40 saw blade unopened without the receipt purchased within 90 days and they would not return it and I have many items like that. Unfortunately in our area we do not have another big box home improvement store.

Staff are helpful and store is clean. Was told would be given a two hour delivery window and was given a four hour window. Ok, thats fine.... At hour 3 was told going to be late, it is now almost 3 hrs after the four hour window and still not here. Sigh

Very helpful customer service department. Over the phone, I ordered a fresh Christmas tree to be picked up on Christmas Eve to put in a cabin we rented and surprise my mother-in-law. The woman I spoke with helped setup the order and tagged the tree so it was ready for pickup on Christmas Eve... and glad we did as they were all out when we picked ours up!

Most things are easy to find. Has a well estabilshed greenhouse full of garden items and also has household items from building supplies to appliances. Staff could be more knowledgable and helpful, but overall good experience.

This store is a joke. Everytime I've gone there the guy at the paint counter has to argue with me about paint. He has shouted at me from across the store about what paint I wanted. Like just come over and ask me!!! why are you shouting!!!And don't even get me started on the carpet they installed 3 years ago that we've already had to rip up and replace. That process was a nightmare from start to finish and I'm still dealing with their royal screw ups today!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
