A few months ago, I had not realized until the morning as I was leaving for work that I had locked my keys and my wallet in my car the night before. I took a different car to work so I wouldnt be late but I had called and asked if he would meet a family member at my car. Only thing is I didnt know how I was going to pay him since my wallet was locked in my car. While explaining all my issues all that he told me was dont worry Im going to get your car unlocked. I was so thankful and relieved. I decided to ditch work and meet him to make things easier and within SECONDS my car was unlocked. This guy is good at what he does and is super nice and really helped me out of a frustrating situation. Thank you!!!

Don received a call from me in regards to copying some novelty key blanks I had purchased online. They look like lightsabers, but that's besides the point. He informed me he could do it, but referred me to other businesses that would. Now in most cases, passing the buck would've left me a bit miffed, but he did so because he realized it wouldn't be economical for me as a customer. That's customer effing service. Period.
