I called early Monday morning because my key got stuck in my door when I was leaving for work. He got to my house within 45 minutes and fixed it within 5 minutes. He made sure to check and recheck my key 20 times to ensure it wouldn't get stuck again and also gave me tips to prevent it from happening again.

Super terrible. Locksmith never called or showed after I sat outside for 3 hours of him supposedly being 'on the way'. I had to kick in and break my own front door. Also, very, VERY unfriendly customer service and supervisor. If you want to be overcharged and just sit outside for the rest of your life, go ahead and call these people.
