I needed a key fob programed for a used car I recently purchased. The locksmith did a quick search if they supported the car and they did. We went to the parking lot to my car, he had the fob programed in about 10 minutes. The whole process took approximately 20 minutes which included cutting the key inside the fob. Great experience and a lot cheaper than a dealer would have charged, quicker too. Highly recommend, great service and very personable locksmith.

I called yesterday, and here's what they said: 'The key blank is in stock, come in any time, 15-20 minutes to do the work, here's the cost, see you soon'. Awesome people. Programmed my FOB I picked up for $45 on eBay perfectly in 15 minutes.Make sure it's erased of original program from the seller.Ones already programmed don't always work. So get one that's cleared from a reputable sellerSaved $55.00 over the dealership that wanted $130.00 and made no guarantee it would work with no refund if it failed.Dealer suggested buying a new one and programmed for $375.00 of course. I don't think so....Serv-u did it no problem.Great job Thanks

Walked in and asked for the person who programs key fobs.. gentleman informed me EVERYONE is trained...now that's the answer I wanted but wasnt expecting. Great customer service, very pleased!

Staff were friendly and helpful, I was pleased by how easy and quicky I was able to get in and get out with exactly what I needed. They had a large number of options available, and they were able to match my new lock to my existing locks without any additional charge for me ( I did already know the lock code I required).

If it's lock related they can help you with it. From cutting you a spare car key to coming out and switching out all the lock sets on your house or helping you break into an old safe you find in the attic. Call Serv U. They are a bunch of really nice folks who know what they're doing.

We have 2000 Dodge/Mercedes Sprinter and needed a spare key. They had the blank and Rob was able to cut and program it quickly and at a great price. I had called a Mercedes dealer and they would have been more than twice the cost.

Yes, they have the most complete selection of key blanks and they are excellent at cutting keys. But that's not the only reason to go there. They have a great selection of door locks, deadbolts, safes, and lock sets if you're a do it yourselfer. And they have a great crew of professionals who can do the work for you if you prefer. Prices are higher than the Big Box hardware store, but you're not going to find the same level of service or quality elsewhere.

Tried to get 2 keys cut and programmed. After being told 3 times how much programming and cutting is (which I knew from a phone call I had made prior to going), I was then told they dint have time to do it. I was there at 5:30 and their hours are until 6:00, however their clain was that with the rush of a crowd and short staff they couldn't do it. There was absolute no one else in the store and the programmer was standing right there saying he was leaving in 3 minutes. Apparently no one there works until close. Tried to keep my business local but apparently its not wanted or needed enough to stay until close. Many other locksmiths available that won't be so willing to turn customers away without a care.
