I came in with a unique lock with a stuck key and three guys jumped right on it, including two of their pros. Its a pretty important/complex safety interlock for a high voltage system and as I sit here, they managed to get the key out! Theyre cutting the key and Ill be able to put this lock back into service tonight!

I had a key made for my Honda. The price with a fob and ordered by them, was 150.00 give or take, then just the key by itself was 110.00, so I had them make me one. I ordered a blank key with the fob for 26.00, and according to every shop I checked with said that they could cut the key for about 40.00, so I went to Frank's to have them cut it. I was told that he wouldn't do it because he might break a150.00 cutting wheel and it wouldn't be worth his time. My question is this....how many keys has he cut, and made good money, and why would he break a wheel if he knew what he was doing? He is just money hungry and not wanting to help out someone trying to budget a little! He has definitely lost my business!
