If I could've rated a zero, I would have. The technician that came was polite and nice. The service was quick. That is where the good things end.First off, the company I called and the company that came were two different companies. I was not given a quote nor was asked about the vehicle that needed the lockout service I called about. They just sent the technician. When he arrived, he quoted a charge for the lockout service and then another fee for a service charge. We needed it opened so I agreed to the payment. Had this been the end of the story, I wouldn't write a review and just chalk it up to lesson learned. The straw that broke the camel's back is when I got into the car after the technician left to go get gas and found that they had permanently damaged the door. It is bent enough now permanently to fit any tool through and open the door let alone let in the weather and creatures. I will be emailing the company directly about this situation but wanted everyone to be aware as well. Be wary of this company.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Whoever answers the phone needs to be fired and has absolutely zero common sense or courtesy. Will inform everyone to never use this garbage business.

Needed a completely new ignition key after the one I had completely twisted as I was turning the ignition. Found the company website and gave them a call and their mobile tech service was on location in less than an hour and gave a great price. Aside from that did everything through my VIN number didn't take anything apart.

Service was prompt, the tech, Michael, was very nice. My car and lock posed some real difficulty but he preserved and unlocked my car and made a key. It was cold. Thanks Michael

They were not clear on what they did to my car until I insisted on an explanation. Very vague as if trying to confuse me. I did not receive the service I called for in the first place. Instead, I ended up having to pay almost $200 for them to fix a *different issue* I didn't want fixed. Not satisfied. Wish I had thought it through more before handing them the money and giving in. By the way, they insist on you giving them cash. Kinda shady. I also tried calling them back 3 times. Each time they gave me an excuse and said they will call me later. My issue was never resolved and I lost a couple hundred dollars.Update: In regards to the response from the owner:I called again as requested in the comment and I was told they will call me back shortly to resolve the issue. I still have not received any help. Every time I call they say they will call me later.

Waited a full hour no help. I even explained my phone was dead. Was told it be 120 dollars place 15 dollars place call. The locksmith was rude as Hell . I'm stranded at work its raining and locksmith had the nerve to say do you really think someone is going to come and assist me at this time of night and I said yes. I wanted over an hour . RUDE PEOPLE Need Attitude change. I had to walk home whis is very far from where I work in the cold rain . How selfish can you people be. Horrible customer service.
