Amazingly helpful, polite and professional. My husband's backpack was stolen out of our rental car while we were in San Francisco. We were locked out of our home as a result because the backpack contained our keys. (I know, live and learn.) Joel made a trip in the dark freezing weather to meet us at our home and to help us get in. He has also replaced locks on our front and back doors quickly and expertly. I highly recommend this company. They definitely CAN be trusted in all ways, and that is high praise indeed, coming from me!

I dropped off a safe to have the lock replaced, very nice guys there. One thing that could be improved is their communication. They had to order the part and it was delayed quite a while. I had to call a couple of different time to try to get an idea of when it would be done. Other than that I was happy with their work.
