Called him to replace a car key I have lost and showed up within a hour and made me a new key and a extra one for a fair price. Very professional. He tested both keys multiple times to assure they worked. Ill highly recommend him & will be using him again in the future

My wife and I have called Bills Fix It Shop on 2 separate occasions. Both times he was timely in arrival and timely with the repair. He doesnt damage any hardware and has fair prices. My go to locksmith! Will do business again.

Truly the best locksmith service you can get anywhere in Michigan...Heck its the best you can get in all of the United States. The staff at this place is so welcoming and humble. Very hardworking and will for sure fix your problems. Along with great service, the prices are very convenient for the customers. If possible, I would have given this place a ten star review. Great place to be, great place to get your work done.

Very personable. He arrived right when he said he would and went straight to work. The work was for a bedroom door that had a key lock on it...a job that probably wouldve been 15 minutes ended up being over an hour with him working diligently to fix it. He ended up taking the lock out and switching it with a new one and it still ended up being cheaper than any other company researched. I definitely recommend their service!

Dev came out at 10pm when we got locked out of our place in downtown. He came within 20 minutes and his price was very reasonable. Our lock wasnt easy, but he figured it out and he was so kind the entire time. He has 40+ years of experience! Best locksmith experience weve ever had! Highly recommend his service.

EDIT: 2 weeks after I had to replace my key and ignition cylinder due to the key not being cut properly. Unfortunately my $125 was not refunded, and Im now paying $300 for a new key and cylinder and $250 for a new starter! Steve was quick and did a wonderful job fixing my broken key in my ignition. Would recommend to everyone with an issue. 5 stars for me !

Steves service is hands-down amazing! I thought my car was complete trash after breaking my key off in my ignition.. Steve was very nice, quick, and friendly. He thoroughly explained what the situation was with my car and found a solution within an hour. I was back in my car the same day Steve came out with 2 new keys. Thank you!

This guy is the best!!! I called 5 other places they all said $20 to $30 service fee just to come to me then there going to say they will tell you the price when they get there lol. Dont fall for it. This guy is about his business cheap price, nice guy, and he unlocked my door less then 5 mins. I will refer him to everyone I know, once you call him you will to. Dont waste your money call him.

If you need a key cut for anything home, auto, whatever this is the place to go. The service was prompt & friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable they know just about all there is to know.
